Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx fully insured to the shipping address on your order.

Due to the nature of body piercing jewelry we cannot accept returns on worn jewelry. Your order will be shipped in a sealed, see through package and we can accept returns & exchanges only if this package is unopened. If you need to make a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with the details of your order within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a return authorization. Once we receive your items in the unopened package we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer.
